Youth Service Award
Ethan grew up in Milwaukee, WI, where he developed a strong work ethic cutting meat, earned a degree in economics and finance, and met the love of his life, Stephanie. Together, they have three talented daughters (ages 15, 18, and 20), a wonderful son-in-law, and call Indianapolis, Indiana home. Ethan’s journey from a love of money to a life of faith and stewardship began with humility and grace. Today, he oversees the management of 4,800 units across 33 multifamily communities in Indiana as part of Renewing Management. The company’s mission is to restore hope by creating and transforming communities throughout the state. As a Co-Founder of Volumod, a modular housing factory located in an underserved area of Indianapolis, Ethan is committed to addressing housing needs while providing meaningful employment opportunities for returning citizens, immigrants, and other skilled workers. Volumod aims to produce 1,000 new housing units annually, creating a lasting impact on the community. Ethan’s passion for service extends beyond business, having helped launch several nonprofit organizations, including P30, Nexus, Multiply Indiana, Community Care Network, and Renewing Communities. In his downtime, Ethan enjoys running followed by a peaceful walk, cooking on his wood pellet grill, spending time in nature, worshiping, and exploring new destinations through travel.
Dr. Stephanie Moran is a dedicated educator and community leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education and community engagement. She spent more than 18 years serving at Anderson University, where she played a pivotal role in supporting student success and fostering community partnerships. Currently, she serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Leadership Academy of Madison County, where she continues to inspire and empower emerging leaders. In addition to her leadership role, Dr. Moran is a consultant specializing in college, career, and life coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals discover their direction, uncover their purpose, and recognize their inherent value. A devoted fitness and wellness enthusiast, Stephanie is also a proud wife, mother of three grown children, and grandmother to three. Her personal and professional life is rooted in a deep commitment to growth, faith, purpose, and community impact.
Louis Charles Jackson III is a preacher, social entrepreneur, educator, and the Founder & CEO of Redefined Life, Inc., also known as The Village Anderson. He currently teaches a Life Skills and Community Service class at Compass Alternative School within Anderson Community Schools. He is also the author of his first book, Reviving The Village: Mentorship as a Catalyst for Change. Louis is a devoted husband to Nikhea Jackson and a proud father to their two sons, Louis IV (LJ) and Josiah. Louis accepted his calling to ministry at 18, serving as a licensed Youth Pastor at United in Christ Church of Anderson. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 2012. With extensive experience in the social services field, Louis has contributed to esteemed organizations like the Youth Opportunity Center, Children’s Bureau, Aspire, and Lifeline Youth & Family Services. Ordained into Christian ministry in 2017 under the leadership of his father, Pastor Louis C. Jackson, Jr., Louis has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and a deep commitment to empowering others. His nonprofit, The Village Anderson, serves as a community hub dedicated to advancing social equity by providing mentorship to underserved youth and families. Through its innovative HUTS mentor model, the organization builds strong connections with community partners and hosts impactful youth enrichment events such as the Unplugged Youth Retreat. Driven by a passion to help individuals reach their full potential, Louis blends his ministerial calling with social entrepreneurship to cultivate transformative mentorship. He remains a dedicated advocate for mentorship as a powerful catalyst for both personal growth and community change.

Banking & Financial Leadership Award
Patty Lovins is the Director of Membership and Events at the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, where she works to support local businesses and strengthen community connections through events and member engagement. She began her career in business administration and event planning, and over the years has helped coordinate a variety of community-focused events, including the Indianapolis Art League Gala, 500 Festival Dinner, Kids Against Hunger Gala, and the Outfitters Gala, and currently serves as the Little 500 Festival Chairperson. Beyond her role at the Chamber, Patty has been actively involved in local nonprofit and civic efforts. She previously served on the boards of Friends for Paws and the Leadership Academy of Madison County and continues to serve with organizations like The Christian Center and the Anderson Madison County Visitor’s Bureau. She also contributes her time to the Madison County Community Foundation Grant Committee and the Women in Philanthropy Committee. In recognition of her dedication and service, she was named the 2024 AMCVB Volunteer of the Year. An Anderson University alumna, Patty values the importance of education and community service. She resides in Anderson with her husband, Steve, and they have three children and seven grandchildren.
Grerayle “G” Walton is a Regional Leader for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he leads a team of store managers across Central Indiana with a passion for servant leadership, people development, and community impact. With over a decade of multi-unit leadership experience in the quick service and fast casual space—including roles at Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Circle K—Grerayle brings a depth of operational knowledge and a consistent track record of developing high-performing teams. He is deeply committed to empowering others to rise—whether through career opportunities, grassroots development, or community engagement. Grerayle’s leadership style is rooted in authenticity, courage, and connection.
Jennifer Hall is an accomplished nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience driving access to capital, leading mission-based organizations, and empowering underserved entrepreneurs. She currently serves as Executive Director of Bankable, Indiana’s leading SBA microlender, where she oversees a $13.5 million portfolio and leads a team of 25 in delivering small business financing and coaching services to entrepreneurs who face barriers to traditional bank lending. Throughout her career, Jennifer has built a reputation for her strategic leadership, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to community development. She has successfully spearheaded fundraising initiatives, formed impactful partnerships with banks and community organizations, and championed programs that support economic inclusion across Indiana. Under her leadership, Bankable has been consistently recognized by the SBA Indiana District Office, most recently earning the distinction of Top Mission Lender in 2024. Previously, Jennifer held executive roles with the Baptist Foundation of Indiana and served as a Capital Funding Consultant, where she guided faith-based organizations through financial planning, fundraising, and loan acquisition. She also brings a strong background in underwriting, investment advising, and employee benefits consulting, rooted in her early career in the insurance and financial services industries. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is known for her dynamic public speaking, her deep understanding of nonprofit finance, and her ability to lead cross-functional teams with integrity and vision.

Civic Leadership Award
Tamie Dixon-Tatum
Tamie Dixon-Tatum has extensive experience in the fields of Office Management, Policies, Procedures, Human Relations, Budgeting, Payroll, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Radio & Television Broadcasting, Teaching, Civil Rights and Municipal/Community Partnerships. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications, a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and a Master’s in Legal Studies. Ms. Dixon-Tatum is a former employee of both DRA and Guide Lamp, as well as a former Union Member of Local 662 and Local 663. Even more, Tamie is a certified ‘implicit bias trainer, grievance handler, and 7 Habits’ trainer. Her experience, expertise, education and empathy make her a well-rounded individual and professional. Tamie is heavily involved with her community via civic organizations and community programs such as the Strengthening Families Program through Intersect, and she is a community, business, youth, education, equity and equal opportunity advocate. Currently, she works for the City of Anderson as the Civil Rights Director, she is a past President of the Indiana Consortium of State and Local Civil Rights Agencies, a member of Community Action Program’s (CAP) Racial Equity Committee, 2 nd Vice President for IAOHRA, a member of JDAI/Madison County’s Race, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Vice President of the Anderson/Madison County Black Chamber of Commerce, and past President of IDAAC (Indiana Democrat African American Caucus- Madison County). Previously, Tamie worked in Madison County Superior Court 2’s Juvenile Division as the Juvenile Case Manager for the Reclaiming Futures Program, and the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office as Office Manager under Thomas Broderick Jr. She is a board member of Cerenity Recovery Café – which uses a holistic approach to address all types of recovery, a former board member for the Crossing Education Center (at-risk alternative school), and she developed and implemented the Crossing’s Community & Business Development Coordinator position which helped to match youth with job training and community service opportunities. Tamie is a guest radio and TV personality, and a former guest for the Vision for Success Show on WHBU 1240AM/103.7FM. Plus, Ms. Dixon-Tatum is the first African American female to seek Indiana’s Governor’s Office, and the Lieutenant Governor’s Office. In addition to her extensive employment and educational background, Ms. Dixon-Tatum is a courageous person, mentor, an entrepreneur, and she has spearheaded the Ollie H. Dixon Back-To-School Picnic and Parade, for City Councilman Ollie H. Dixon, for 34 years. This program has provided free school supplies and free food for thousands of disadvantaged children throughout Anderson/Madison County for over three decades. Tamie Dixon-Tatum works tirelessly to serve the community as a community, business, youth, education, equity and equal opportunity advocate as well as a multi-media professional.
